Refund policy

At Common Ground, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we will happily provide a refund if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive your download due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve.
• You purchased the wrong product and contact us before downloading it.
• There is a significant fault with the product that prevents it from being used, and we are unable to provide a fix or replacement.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Purchasing the wrong product after downloading it.
• Not reading the product description before buying.
• Expecting results from applying the information in the product.
• Compatibility issues that were clearly stated on the product page.
